With a set of web pages, all the data is tracked, maintained, and display through a web interface. The safety violations are entered by managers as they identified. The data can be presented in a number of ways; the data is completely searchable for trend analysis. And a number of statistics can be maintained on the current progress of whether or not the "open" safety violations have been addressed.
